I have almost finished Business management at WGU.

Now I want to get masters degree in finance..

What is the best option for me that does not restrict you on how many credits you can earn per term.

For example WGU does not restrict you ..they have min. 12 credits required but no limit on max you can earn.

I am also looking for a school who is not strict as to how many hours I should allocate...per week..

I just want to set my own pace with min. control from school.

Obviously I would like to have cost effective options ..at the same time there should be some value of my degree in job market ...not looking for diploma mill.
So what is my best option for me?

Basically, you're looking for another competency-based program. There are several competency-based MBA programs out there, but I can't think of any with a concentration in finance. I also can't think of any competency-based MS degrees in finance. You can try asking Davenport University if their competency-based MBA has a finance option. They don't make it clear on their website.

Edit: It looks like JFK University might be an option.
