sports management
physical therapy
kinesiology

Also, EVERY sports team/organization will need accountants, human resources execs, marketing professionals, etc. So a business concentration will also be helpful if you target sports organizations for employement after your finish school.

There are many schools that offer curriculum's in sports related jobs. The link provided below is just one. I have been reviewing them, as I may look towards them for achieving my Masters in Transportation Logistics or Homeland Security starting next year. They are strictly on-line, and cater to those in military and federal positions, yet anyone is welcome to apply. Compared to University of Phoenix, they are much less expensive, and the overall reviews are much better. Hope this helps. Take it as you will.

I agree with sports management, athletic training, physical therapy, coaching as well as working with pro teams in their sales and marketing departments, finance departments, etc. There are a lot of jobs out there in the sports industry, you just really need to narrow down what YOUR interests are more than "sports".
