I know this sounds off-topic at first glance, but it's a 2 part question.

I need to replace the screening in several window screens (metallic frame). I don't know how to do it. Any suggestions?

Or, where can I take these screens here in the COS area to get them repaired?

Thanks

This is a do-it yerself job if ever were one.

Screening is sold in rolls at any hardware store, along with a tool that looks like a tiny pizza cutter with a concave roller that squeezes the rubber gasket (spline) strip back into the channel that holds it. It's easy to do. The tool is often sold in kit form with new spline cord.

Thanks for the DIY info! We're renting a house and this would be easier to do myself than to have the management company send someone out for!
