Very good. I am still new here but I got most of them, and they are original to Colorado, unlike many other states that claim to have the most wind, hottest summer, coldest winter, blah, blah, etc.........

True...we're friendly folks and willing to share....no need for any one state to hog all the good stuff.

Default if...

if you know where "The Mousetrap" is.

if you know what Smokey Hill, Thunder Ridge, GW, TJ, & A-West are.

if you know who plays Red Rocks on the Fourth of July.

if you know why parents, teachers and students all hate CSAP.

if you know why Dale's Pale Ale comes in a can.

Those were some great ones there, lol. Did you come up with them? Here's some more.

If you use your surfboard as a snowboard.
If you think a "topless girl" is one who is not wearing a hat.

. . . you are "moving in" on a pretty (blonde) female tourist at the bar, and--reading the appetizer menu on the wall--she asks you what body of water the Rocky Mountain Oysters come from. You proceed to spill your beer all over her Chic jeans and fall off of the bar stool onto the floor--smashing your Copenhagen tin in your back pocket of your Wranglers--because you are laughing so hard. She doesn't think it's a funny question . . .

Oh yeah, and when somebody calls you a Coloradoan, you say it's COLORADAN--the "Coloradoan" is just a newspaper in Fort Collins that doesn't know how to spell! After all, we don't call people from Mexico "Mexicoans," now do we?

I noticed that in Fort Collins, most people do say "Coloradoan" as a result. I guess that FC has it's own mini-dialect.
