I was in a car accident last night and I am looking for a really good accident attorney. We aren't hurt thank goodness but the officer screwed us over by citing us when we were the ones hit while making a left hand turn. Our turn signal was on as was reported by a witness and we were hit on the back driver side by the person that was behind us. Now tese two people are complaining of back and neck pain, of course! I believe I pulled a muscle in my neck cause I looked back suddenly as we got hit to make sure my daughter was ok but I'm not sue happy like these people apparently are. As I am typing this my husband calls and tells me there is an accident in the exact same place as we had one...ugh!

If you have insurance simply contact your agent. The insurance company will take care of defending you from any claims.

If you are looking to make a claim for any injuries that you have then you will need an attorney. Just break out the yellow pages and call any of the listings that offer a free consultation. If you are found to be truly at fault then you may have to make a claim against your own insurance (assuming you have comprehensive coverage).

My advice is to NOT post details regarding the accident. If/when you file a lawsuit it will all be traced and could be used against you.
