I found the "cooperation is key" section to be a bit absurd, considering Richland and Lexington County can't seem to cooperate on anything. Although that is one reason CAE was passed up by Southwest, and this is US Airways mag, so maybe it's tongue-in-cheek.

The cooperation is a new thing. While there have been examples of cooperation in the past, some local-level leaders are stepping it up.

Yeah...by saying "cooperation is key" its a nice way of saying.. lets agree to disagree though in an agreeable manner and on any future agreement that is yet to be agreed upon...translation.. we hope to work together on the future projects of mutual interest
