Right now it’s “$15.25 an hour to $17.25 an hour” and in current local jobs market that’s a little bit low, however if they move the top of the range up to $20 they’ll be fine

I agree. Unemployment is at an all time low across the country. Upping the wage will make it more competitive and they’ll fill them easily.

Yup, 15-17 an hour is not going to cut it. Feds raising interest rates (cost of living rising) and plenty of other manufacturing options that pay that much and higher starting out.
