The new Jushi Fiberglass Factory is finding it difficult to find enough workers. For people in areas with a lack of jobs, here ya go.

Default Jushi

They’ll fill them but they’ll need to raise wages a bit, closer to $20/hour and they’ll fill them

Right now it’s “$15.25 an hour to $17.25 an hour” and in current local jobs market that’s a little bit low, however if they move the top of the range up to $20 they’ll be fine

I agree. Unemployment is at an all time low across the country. Upping the wage will make it more competitive and they’ll fill them easily.

Yup, 15-17 an hour is not going to cut it. Feds raising interest rates (cost of living rising) and plenty of other manufacturing options that pay that much and higher starting out.

Does the recent announcement by Mr. Bezos of Amazon affect the workers at the Amazon distribution center here? If you haven’t heard, Amazon announced an increase in wages to $15 an hour.
