Looking for movers to move within columbia , lexington, irmo area. Any suggestions? I looked at reviews and people liked soda city movers. Has anyone used them before?
Most movers charge hourly. Any idea about rate? Do they provide boxes?

I've used 2 men and a truck 3 times since we have been in Columbia and have been very pleased with them. They do charge by the hour (with a 1 hour set up charge) but they do not mess around. Be sure to have everything packed and unplugged and you will be amazed how fast they can empty a house. You need to have your own boxes but they provide pads, straps, etc.

Do they connect/disconnect washer/dryer? Also do assembly and dismantling of beds?

Yes and yes. They also reconnect ice makers etc. The only thing I have not had to deal with would be a gas dryer. I don't know if they'd mess with that (not sure I'd want them to).
