OK, it's not quite Vancouver, but it is certainly Pacific North West like.

I have been working all over the country for the past 20 years and so I could be wrong about this, but I don't remember Columbia being so overcast, rainy, or chilly for as long as it has been this year.

Am I wrong? Is this pretty much normal and I just remember wrong? Or is it really much more chilly, overcast and wet?

No, we've had very little cold, dry and crisp weather this winter. You're right.

I've never been to the Pacific Northwest, but I'm somewhat of a weather/climate nerd and I agree with you. Besides the days we've had in the 70's that were sunny and partly sunny, this has been a Pacific Northwest second half of a winter. I know a lot of my Pindo palms aren't going to like this cool, misty rain and wetness.

Definitely one of the wettest, grayest winters I can remember

Coldest winter I ever spent was a summer in San Francisco.
