We had a pretty good Earthquake this afternoon (Lugoff: house, live in)

I live in Lake Carolina. Seems there was a 3.3 with epicenter in Lugoff.

My house shook pretty strongly. Felt like there was a big explosion outside, for about 10 seconds. Heaviest I have felt. Dog wasn't very appreciative.

I saw a report that said it will be at least a year or up to five years before we know whether these tremors SC has been having are a precursor to “the big one,” when either “the big one” happens or it doesn’t.

the one that hit at 5:38pm actually woke me up out of my sleep. I was laying in bed and I heard what sounded like an explosion and my CRT TV rattled up against the wall on my shelf and Woke me up because I heard it and I jumped out of my sleep and was confused.
