Hello! Just found this page today and I'm glad to see that a lot of people offer advice and help with knowledge about the city. I am being offered a job by Kinnear Road and was wondering if anyone had rental recommendations. I'm a 30 yr. old single guy with a budget of about $800 maybe a little more max and don't mind some commute (30 mins maybe?) as long as I can live in a nice, safe area that was "walkable" with nice places to go to, shop, exercise, have a couple of drinks, etc. when I'm not at work.

So far, and only based on yelp and other site reviews, I've looked into Village West, Arena Crossing, Brewers Yard, The Seneca and Annex apartments.

Any other recommendations? Thanks in advance!

You might also look into The Flats on Vine (Arena District) as well as The Abigail and Sixty Spring Apartments (both downtown).

Thanks for the recommendations Cbus76!

I wouldn't really need anything more than a studio or 1 bedroom... hopefully my budget is enough for this...
