Alright so this is for my mother's computer. We are trying our best to stay as low cost as possible without completely wrecking performance. Up until now, she's been running an old beater that has a Pentium Dual Core E5400

It was old, slow, had windows 7 on it, and was installed in a big clunky case. There's a 1TB hard drive in it (which I plan to re-use) and a all but useless power supply. It's finally kicked the bucket.
I would like to replace that for her for Christmas and have come up with the list you see below. Please keep in mind this is a dedicated server ONLY. It will send to only one Roku and that is all. Any ideas on changes I should make that would make this part list cheaper?

You could go with the AMD Chip like the 5350.
Don't really need gaming level memory.
And I'm pretty sure you could get by on a 350W PSU.

From the sounds of it you could just get a NAS if all you are doing is "sending" to one Roku.

There are many brands and sized. I've personally used WD and Buffalo and they are both good. A 2TB Buffalo will run you about $150 or get a diskless and add your own hard drive (which you have already).

Here's just one example
