Posted the other day, on any feedback for the Spring Ridge complex. Saw some reviews online from back in 2006, that weren't very flattering. Some said, there was quite a bit of drug crime and dealing going on. Was wondering if anyone had any current info on the state of that complex? Or if they could recommend another condo complex. I've seen quite a few rentals in the last few weeks, and am very disappointed in the quality of what is available in Fairfield, in the 1300 to 1500 price range, for a two bedroom of at least 1000 sq ft.
So any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Spring Ridge apartments are all rentals along Coal Pit Hill Rd.Other apartments in your price range include Hillcroft and Park Ridge. You should call their leasing offices to see if they have anything available. There is a real lack on rentals listed on the MLS in your price range. You might want to check out the Danbury News Times as well as craiglist.

Thanks JD, I was afraid that Spring Ridge was all rentals, and therefore had a less than stellar environment. I've been looking on both Trulia, Craiglist, and Listingbook....... I will check out Hillcroft and Park Ridge.
