I havent had allergy problems my whole life, but last few years I have. I really need to get an allergy test, I guess, but dont know how expensive it is.

Last few days especially, my allergies have really been acting up. Claritin hasnt even been helping much. Has anyone else's acted up more the last few days?

Is it worth it to get an allergy test? Maybe I can see if it is more in my house than outside.

Last few years, Ive had my moments. This year, ive had some issues here and there but lately, its been pretty bad. I get congested in my head, nose stuffed up and sometimes runny. Sometimes itchy eyes.

I wasnt too bad this morning, took a nap earlier and when I woke up it hit me and its been awful. I hope its just more the weather and it passes soon.

This is not for everyone, and you might want to talk to a dr before starting it. I do the sinus rinse (distilled water, saline ). The end of the day comes- I rinse. Within a few minutes I can breathe. I was on a pill, inhaler etc. Once I started with the rinses, I didn't need any of them. Staying hydrated helps, as well as a few eye drops once in a while. Hth-m
