I known CT has some of top public and private schools but Do you think MA has better schools than us ?

Connecituct was recently ranked 13th in the nation for school systems quality by personal finance social network WalletHub.

WalletHub measured each state in 12 key metrics and broke them into two categories: School System Rank and Education Output and Safety.

The Nutmeg State performed well in the School System Rank category, ranking 11th overall, but was ranked 38th in Output and Safety.
Fellow New England States Massachusetts and Vermont out performed Connecticut, ranking second and third, respectively.

Neighbors New York (20th) and Rhode Island (31st) placed behind Connecticut.
The bottom four states in the rankings were Nevada, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, followed by Washington, D.C.

What a joke. Texas 12? I guess if you run your schools like mini-prisons students are "safe" and the schools get a high ranking. Safety difference between schools-- except for some aberrant variances-- is pretty consistent.

true - most rankings I've seen of Texas have them near the bottom in terms of school quality. Some excellent schools in the suburbs of the big cities, but otherwise pretty poor.

These rankings that keep getting posted here are not from very reputable sources. They are click bait lists, plain and simple. Garbage in, garbage out.
