Hi all, I'm looking into moving to Harbor Point in January/February once my current lease is up, and I'm looking for honest reviews of the apartments there, and what it's like to live in HP in general. I already live in Stamford and have spent a lot of time in HP. It seems like a vibrant, active place to live. I'm late 20s/single so it seems like it would be a fun place to live at this point in my life. I currently live in a nice/large but more dated apartment in a quieter area of Stamford.

The apartments all look really nice, but it scares me when I read about high turnover, so I'm wondering what the reality of living in these "luxury" buildings is like. Particularly I'm looking at 101 Park Place, but basically would be open to any of the buildings at the right price point. It would be a big increase from what I pay now, so I want to make a smart decision. I'm afraid of ending up there and realizing all the bells and whistles weren't worth the move.

If you or anyone you know has lived at Harbor Point, please give me the inside scoop! Do you enjoy living there? Is your apartment relatively sound proof or do you hear a lot from your neighbors? Is it an inconvenience living in an elevator building? How is parking in your building? Why do some of the buildings have such high turnover rates? Is it worth the cost? Quality of living overall?

Anything you have to share, I would really appreciate it! TIA.
