I was going to start a thread on this, but it's starting to get boring, posting all of Carnival Corp's mishaps.
Someone on another thread suggested that there might be sabotage. They must pay the crew a pittance. I don't know - one of the mishaps, when the lifeboat broke loose, killed only crew members.

What are you talking about? The lifeboat incident wasn't a Carnival ship. It was a Thompson ship, not even owned by the same company. You are getting pretty ridiculous with your statements on cruising, as you obviously haven't ever been on a cruise, read a cruise contract, and really know nothing about the industry in general.
I highly doubt that what happened with the latest incident was sabotage--there were hundreds of witnesses that said the bad weather was to blame, and the crew isn't even on site. The repairs are being performed by outside contractors.
Just boycott this yoyo company. It has sucked millions out of the U.S. and refuses to reimburse the nation for the rescues provided. They don't deserve to be in business.
