Australian Sunrise presenter Samantha Armytage was accused of racism for blurting out "good on her" to a twin for possessing her father's fair features (the other looked more African). There have been petitions around on the web for the presenter to apologise. I personally don't find this racist per se, but maybe unnecessary and untimely.
However after spending a lot of time in Australia, it's not offensive. It's a pretty lightweight gaffe compared to the standard casual Australian racism one hears every day.
The dark haired twin is MUCH more attractive than her sister. ....
That sounds like a declaratory statement rather than an opinion--which everyone's entitled to, by the way, not just you. And, yes, that includes the dolt in the clip.
As for her riding buddy, his reaction was that of a milquetoast.
