Murica, can never have enough of them guns!

Police probing death in LA find 1,200 guns, 2 tons ammo

Quote:
Police investigating the death of a Los Angeles man uncovered an arsenal inside his home and garage — more than 1,200 guns and about two tons of ammunition, authorities said Monday.

Los Angeles Police Department Cmdr. Andrew Smith called the number of rifles, pistols and shotguns staggering. Many had never been fired and some were still wrapped in boxes, with price tags still attached.

"Our truck couldn't carry it all," Smith told the Los Angeles Times (LAPD finds 1,200 guns, two tons of ammo in dead man's Pacific Palisades home - LA Times). "We had to go back and make another trip."

They say that so far everything looks perfectly legal. No foul play.

More proof positive that "journalists" are too lazy to ever be real reporters. Print all sorts of stuff about the dead guy's guns and ammo but never bother to research if he's a FFL. I don't know if he was or wasn't, but I'm not the one "reporting" the news, just as these lazy slobs aren't either.

Sounds like my dads stash, it took 3 full size pickup truck loads for the ammo, and a whole moving truck for the guns.

If the man has a will, the firearms should go to them. The police have no business taking them.

So he's a firearms dealer ... not sure what the fuss is about. All the guns were new and legal.
