As further proof that people have no filters to their behavior, consider the 24 year old in Burbank, California who punched a 78 year old man Sunday morning at Costco because the older man complained that the younger was helping himself to multiple samples and not leaving any for him:
He faces 11 years in prison if convicted of the assault. (There were witnesses.) Maybe an 11 year sentence would stop others in the future from assaulting people over such trivial things---think so?

What a colossal idiot. He will be arraigned on a felony charge of elder abuse. Although one article I read stated the police said there was no video footage it is highly likely the store does have footage.

What a POS. Can you even imagine? Can you imagine yourself punching an old man over something as insane as this, let alone punching an old man for whatever reason? I just can't. It makes me think of my dad & the rage starts to boil.
