"When the flight atendants questioned Quraishi, he reportedly admitted applying lotion to the woman’s "arms, shoulders, and legs and used the lotion in her vaginal area." Quraishi, the workers recalled, said that he thought the woman "needed it," and that the sleeping passenger "enjoyed it because she did not resist."
Completely disgusting. Incidents like this happen way too often for my liking.
Nobody saw this happening? No one saw his hand down her pants, down this sleeping woman's pants? Not one person? That's what I don't get about stories like these. I wonder how many people see, catch a glimpse, and just do and say nothing. The bystander effect.

I posted it without comment knowing it spoke for itself. I hope no one thinks I posted it in jest
I traveled for a living. On one flight, the woman in front of me screamed. A man had his hand down her blouse. Three of us jumped up, dragged him into the isle, roughly slammed his face into the flolr and held him until the air marshal got to us with hand ties.
The man was carried to an empty row, seat belted and duct taped to the seat (also duct tape over his mouth) for the remainder of a long flight.
OMG, I've never slept so soundly that I wouldn't wake up if someone was rubbing lotion all over me, and I take sleeping pills and muscle relaxers!
This is what I am thinking, how hard can one sleep....seriously!
Not sure about this story, why would anyone take a pill that would knock them out to allow someone to violate them. This is not a very smart woman......
As for someone not noticing, personally speaking, whenever I fly, I never pay attention to anyone in the next seat or across from the aisle, besides a quick glance their way when getting up to use the lavatory. I'm sure if the guy was subtle enough and sly enough, no one would have noticed.
I feel horrible for the lady, she was molested unaware and violated.
Nobody I have ever known can sleep through a molestation.....
