The difference from what you stated and the OP's story is the black lady in this thread assaulted staff and was arrested. DUH.
I get that, but I also see a lot of generalizing this woman's behavior to a certain set of people, and I have seen just as bad and entitled behavior from all sorts and classes of people when I worked in the casinos.

Only post #5[yours was #6] alluded to her being black. The remainder of the posts referenced non-racial attributes. Hardly a lot. But it could have gone there if we had let it run a few pages....
Sad thing is these people think nothing of the future and only them selves and of the moment , ending the opportunity for every one else, and themselves later on.
We should ask the Syrian refugees what they would do in this pancake situation. We can swap this woman with the ones who answer the question correctly.
There are a lot pf people like this and many are white, and even wealthy, trust me. When I worked at the casino, people would stick shrimp from the buffet into their purses, lol, and when I ran the free coffee station they'd stuff their pockets with Splenda. These were not poor people but hitel guests. Once in a Bob's Big Boy back about 15 years ago, they had all you can eat breakfast buffet...one lady and her husband at a table with a few kids went and made one last trip to the buffet AFTER they finished eating, loaded their plates up, then tried to ask for a doggie bag, and had a fit when they told them no.
Just saying this is NOT exclusive to any particular class or income level or race or anything else. It's about entitlement mentality, and if you think that this trait somehow skipped white people or wealthy people, head to a mall or restaurant this weekend and just be a fly on the wall.
