Yes, multiple random women agreed to have sex with a guy they didn't know after he pulled them over. Likely story. The excuses people make never cease to amaze me.

Tampering with evidence is a misdemeanor in most states . violation of policy is a fireable offense. Destroying evidence to commit a felony may ALSO be a felony in some jurisdictions.
