There's nothing "wrong" with being a Playmate. On the other hand, I'd expect that a woman (or man) who's chosen that or a similar profession is going to have some emotional issues about physical appearance -- others and her own.

First of all, I applaud LA Fitness, I have a whole lot of respect for their business ethic that they will publicly admonish even celebrity members for their bad behavior. Second, who's this girl to talk about body shaming, don't most of these models have plastic surgery done to give them the "perfect" body? It was an accident to post the picture??????? Just own up to it and say "I was being an a-hole", then she might have had a chance at a sincere apology.

This woman, Ms. Mathers, is a good example of what can happen when someone grows up being told how beautiful they are every day. They tend to view and judge others based solely on their looks & beauty, or lack of it. Shallow and arrogant comes to mind. Karma, or her case, the aging process, will catch up with her eventually.

Revenge Porn: Laws & Penalties | Criminal Law

Quote:
Under California’s law, revenge porn is a misdemeanor, punishable by up to six months in jail, a fine of up to $1,000, or both. If the victim is under the age of 18 or the defendant has a previous conviction for revenge porn, then the crime is punishable by up to one year in jail, a fine of up to $2,000, or both.

California lawmakers amended the state’s disorderly conduct law in 2013 and 2014 to criminalize some forms of revenge porn. Under the new law, it is a crime to photograph or otherwise take private, nude photos of another person and distribute the photos in a way that is intended to and does cause emotional distress; and revenge porn is punished more severely if the victim is a minor or if the defendant has previously been convicted. A victim can also sue for damages in a civil lawsuit. The 2014 amendment corrected a serious limitation in the 2013 legislation: The first version of the law covered only photos taken of another person (that is, not the distribution of "selfies"). The new law, which took effect on July 1, 2015, includes the distribution of selfies as well as photots taken by someone else.

By the way, I don't remotely find Mathers attractive at all, and not just because of this incident.

Imagine if a man took a pic of a woman in the locker room somehow? He's be arrested, convicted, and hanged already.

She isn't sorry for what she did.

She's very, very sorry that she was caught.

What a terrible person. Taking photos of a naked woman in the locker room. Even if she really did meant to just share with a friend vs the entire internet doesn't make it any better. It is true that she is not really sorry, only sorry that she got caught. I really hope the women who's photo was taken, while naked in the locker room files charges. Sadly she probably doesn't even know.

She's only sorry people don't like it. She's not sorry she took the picture or sorry about body shaming another person. These un-apologies are worthless and pointless as we all know her true nature - she's proven that already. As someone who is judged strictly by her body she should have a bit more empathy however it's not surprising she does not. Shallow is as shallow does.
