That was a common pose when comedians of the day like Moe from the 3 stooges made fun of Hitler but they usually used a comb. I think Mel Brooks did that in a movie.
I think the photo is innocent enough and people should get a life if they are offended by it.
Half the people who shop and who would actually buy that photo probably don't know who Hitler is and if asked would say
"I have never seen Trump do that ?"
