Since I wasn't willing to read the ads from the Los Angeles Times, I could not read the story.
(the Times demanded that I turn off my ad blocker. I wasn't interested in the story enough to do that!)

I know, it's annoying. I paused my ad block and reloaded. Anyway it just says they caught him after he blasted his horn around 4am.

The air horn noise must have scrambled his brain. He looks like a combination of Bozo the Clown without makeup and Mr. Potato Head after sticking his finger in a toaster.

People do WEIRD stuff in this world.

Uhm, what can they do? Give him a ticket? They can't prove it was him except once. Maybe a train went through the other times.

Meanwhile I wonder how many people got shot around the country.
