Won't argue with the sentiment that this girl is lowlife and should be prosecuted via a civil suit, but am surprised that there's room in our jails for such behavior. In Baltimore, and I suspect many other locations, they're letting violent criminals out of jail because of overcrowding.

If I were the judge, I would sentence her to six months of 20 hours per week cleaning toilets, mopping floors, and changing beds at a nursing home.

Yeah I doubt she'll get it. If she's a first time offender, she may avoid jail altogether.
