Driving too fast into a tree? What is an acceptable rate of speed to drive into a tree?

It seems like the phrase "more money than brains" was coined for just such occasions.

I wonder if this guy will sue the manufacturer for no disclaimers or failure to warn him that he didn't have the common sense or skill to drive thing.

He wasn't as quick as the guy who totaled the Hellcat...

https://www.motor1.com/news/74345/gu...ely-totals-it/

Hellcat is pretty popular for this type of thing too. Google brings up multiple day 1 owners who can't drive a 700+ HP car. Makes you wonder how long till we see reports of this kind of thing from new Demon owners... the car that makes the Hellcat look like a house cat.

It's sad that people that stupid are allowed to be that rich. That's a $300K car, you think he would have self control and discipline to not crash it in 1 day.

Good guess. This sounds like a man who has come into a LOT of money unexpectedly with no history of having money or witnessing anyone who has a lot of money successfully managed.
