Is that real surgery or some prosthesis? It looks too crazy.
They're butt inserts. Which, when done with skill and artistic eye by a talented pro, don't look unnatural. When done at the insistence of an aging rock queen who thinks she's being out-azzed by the 20-somethings, it looks like two water balloons glued to her cheeks.
As I said, it probably looks just like she dreamed when it's squeezed into a pair of $1000 tailored pants. Just like ridiculous water-balloon boobs can look good in a fitted bra and top.

My bet is on prosthesis. Those have to be butt pads. I think she's trolling us. Or making some kind of convoluted statement. This is her cone bra for 2019.
