I guess they call it doing a "keg stand." Ironically, the puppy belonged to another frat member, a 21-year-old who's also in the video.

Two were suspended, but notice the rest of them all standing around, gawking. Rotten things.

The puppy is, thankfully, okay--out of the frat house, and in the care of the local animal welfare agency:

Well son, what are you going to do after high school?

I'm going to the university and join a fraternity so I can put off being mature & responsible for at least another 4 years.

That word caught my eye and that's the only reason I clicked on the thread. Was sort of let down.

I do hate generating a story by showing a random person a video and having them comment on the video. However, I have a King Charles Cavalier myself, and know they are one of the most congenial breeds. My dog will let you do anything to him, he's very hard to rile up. If you want to play tug-of-war with a rope, you literally have to shove the rope down his throat for him to wrestle with you. If a robber came in the middle of the night, I'm sure he would run up and lick their ankles. What cowards for picking on such a helpless creature.

The dog is fine, it didn't ingest any alcohol.
