Good morning!

Well, back to work todaynot a great night sleeping so a bit rough getting up this morning. So what are everyone's plans today? Jeannie,I didn't know you were selling your house, where are you moving to? too much activity going on!

Try using honey instead of splenda,it's healthier..
Had my soy milk with some blueberries,nuts and cereal

okay folks, besides feeling sick, a good eating day....

oatmeal with fresh blueberries
supplements
2 liters of water
smart ones meal
vanilla yogurt with sliced banana
a 6 inch tuna on whole wheat, lettuce, tomato, onions, pepper, vinagar...yum, yum.........from Blimpies night all!

Love that sign,You can make anything look real!

Went to a Reator Expo in Anaheim,so many website providers,all are competitive,mine is too.so keeping mine,but i bought calendar magnets,eveything is more than 50% off,I usually buy my stuff at the covention,anyone want mine? anyway,i just had a turkey sandwich that was what I wanted to tell you what I ate.

Tonight,I am just having some veggies.

Worked nights . Had a nice salad at 2 a.m. Am quite proud because nights usually =. junk food. oh yeah...lots of coffee
Sloppy Joe and baked fries with the fam for supper, that's really it.
I did break down and bought silk for my coffee today. My hand hovered ever so slightly over the soy milk carton in the dairy case, but I chickened out. Be patient you may still get me in your soy cult some day.
I agree with dragonten about the honey thing, not that I am in the anti splenda brigade (love the brown sugar). I like to just try to get certain things in where I can. Honey, green tea, soy...there I said it....soy!
