Good morning,

For someone reason I was up very early today, probably because I have a full day ahead of me, work-out before Church this morninghttp://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e334/puzzlessue/Smiley%20Life/a10.gif (broken link) then a full day of house-cleaning and laundryAdditionally I want to add some play time with my kids and getting them prepared for school tomorrow. What a great day yesterday for both my two youngest in sporting events. My daughter scored 2 goals in soccer making it a 2-1 game for her team and my 10 year old got 4 tackles at his game last nighthttp://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e334/puzzlessue/Smiley%20Life/aa22.gif (broken link) also a victory for his team. They were so proud of themselves! My husband is going away today until Tuesday, going to have a little bonding session with his best buddy at his friend's little home away from home in Delaware. So what are all my food buddies up to today? I called this "much to be thankful for" food journal because I am going to make sure in church this morning that God knows how much I appreciate everything in my life and how fortunate I really am, including all my buddies on CD. Coffee with honey and soymilk so far Have a wonderful day everyone, oh, and I almost forgot........http://i169.photobucket.com/albums/u207/Jackie_1947/Smileyfootballplayer.gif (broken link) http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee109/jeannie216/happysunday.gif (broken link) Jeannie

I was thinking the same thing Izzy. Jeannie you have a full life there. I don't even do 1/4 of what you do. I don't have kids though and I think kids keep you busy. Or you just have a life and I don't!!!

Oatmeal
green tea
activia
mixed veggies with cheese
apple
2 pieces of toast with some natural peanut butter and jelly

Oh, and I lost some weight. (about 5 pounds) since Oct. 1. I seem to fluctuate a lot though.

Thats great Roma! My life can get busy, but I also have my breaks also. Today my girlfriend picked up my 2 little ones to go pumpkin picking. Also, I have plenty of time on CD so I must have some spare time. Its just myself and my 2 oldest home for a few hours. Peaceful.........

Relaxed today (my points day goes from 6:00 A. M. to 6:00 A. M.) and did not even count points. Had a good trip yesterday and got on the scales this morning and the weight from vacation was gone. Guess my body had not seen enough of the mountains.

Default Monday's "where did the weekend go" food journal

Good morning everyone, http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee109/jeannie216/Is2520it2520Morning2520Already2520b.gif (broken link)

I'm still trying to figure out why the work week drags and the weekends just fly by....... How did everyone's weekend go? Its almost countdown to Disney, 10 days, and getting very excited! I can't wait to see my kids faces when we wake them up at 4:30 in the morning and tell them we're going on a road trip. We won't tell them where though. Coffee with honey and soymilk Have a great day everyone! http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee109/jeannie216/free-babys-1.jpg (broken link) Jeannie
