Hi Guys, Missed you. OK, I was making Spritz cookies last night which are mostly butter and flour. Well I ran out of flour and ended up substituting half with whole wheat flour.....not bad. Does that make up for the butter? Ah, wishfull thinking. We did our Christmas today. I work the Holiday...2 days of eating crap at work, then I promise I will be good....Actually I am asking you to help me be good.

oh, missmouse, they are sweet! I hope you enjoyed your time with your family and you have a good weekend. Are you working both days? I know what it is like to be working when you should be with family. Merry Christmas! Jeannie
