Good morning! A little early but what the heck. I guess sleep is just not in the cards for me lately. So we made it halfway to the weekend and the end of another summer month! Why is it summer flies by and the dead of winter is a lifetime? Hopefully that will change when we move to NC. Happy Wednesday everyone! Jeannie
Izzy, I'm glad you and Mom are okay after that earthquake! I can only imagine!
I know. scary stuff,go to sleep Jeannie, remember the tapping?
Tap between your eyes, between your eye and the ear,tap under your eye,tap under your nose, tap on your collar bone, tap under your arm pit,you will sleep like a baby, good night

Lacey, I am so proud of you. I wish I could be as consistant as you. I do great for breakfast and lunch but then sometimes the food demon visits me around dinnertime. Tea with sugar in the raw and soymilk so far.

Agree it's sad how summer flies and winter lasts, especially here-winter is forever.
Same old breakfast for today. Mr. L says he's so proud of me! But I'm doing this for ME and that's the most important.
Good morning, Jeannie, Judi, and Izzy (as well as NCN and Diana when y'all follow). Kids got back... and I was surpised how much they reacted to the rooms. My daughter actually was moved to tears (she's 15) and my son was pretty darn close and speechless (he's 16). I accuse them of being so emotionless the majority of the time, so it was nice to see some actual emotion out of them!! Nice to have them back, they had lots of stories to tell (and still do). Now... if I can only find a way to recreate that "speechless" effect on my son more often! (haha!!)
6:45 - Two breakfast tacos, forgot the vitamin , 1/2 Coke.
Steve, what a beautiful story. You just gave me goosebumps. All that hard work of yours really paid off. I'm so happy they're back!!
