Recommendations for in-home dog behaviorist (Fort Worth: loan, pitbull, shop)

I have been fostering dogs with a rescue organization for several months now, and during that time I have noticed my dog pulling away from me and becoming more withdrawn, submissive, etc. It's to the point where he hangs out in his crate all the time and only comes out to eat, pee, or bark at one of my cats.

It's upsetting to me and obviously upsetting to my dog. I have told the rescue group no more fosters for a while so I can address this issue, but it's too big for me to deal with on my own.

Does anyone have any experience using in-home behaviorists/trainers to tackle complex behavioral problems? Please don't tell me to go to Petco or PetSmart training; while those can be effective for very basic obedience, they won't solve my problem.

Does anyone have any other recs? I'd like to have several so I can contact the trainers, talk about their methods, etc., really get a feel for whom I think would be a good fit for me and my dog.

Her issue was a mid aged dog who started poor potty habits after they brought home a new dog.

... I think if you just spent more time with your dog he will go back to normal. Go on walks, play, take him to Petsmart for your shopping trips, etc.

He probably feels like he's been replaced by another dog after always smelling the new dogs on you.

Not sure if there is a BarkBusters franchise in the area. I used them in another state and was very happy. (Rescued pitbull was too enthusiastic)

I have a 5 pound Russian Bichon who makes a great lead dog in the pack....she is on loan for short term only....she is so loving but thinks she is in charge of the other two slightly larger dogs!

We have a 60-ish pound hound who was a rescue - she gets along great with our cat and existing dog, but has always been aggressive with other animals and some humans. She's completely devoted and loving to us (and quite the character!), but we're afraid to take her to dog parks, for walks in populated public areas, etc. Can any of these folks mentioned here help in this sort of situation?

Yes. Any good behaviorist can work on this. They help you understand the dog's behavior and teach you the correct techniques to control your dog.
