Of course I agree. But then again, Collin county on a whole has been great for our family! Plano/Frisco/Allen/McKinney..you really cant go wrong with either! Where's Gripewater? He is always pushing plano and downing frisco.....waiting for his pearls of wisdom, on how when it comes to plano rankings and stats, it makes sense..but when its someone else, its rubbish. LOL

I don't think Plano is on the list because the cut off looks to have been around 200K in population.

I was quite surprised that Plano wasn't on that list, too. I guess that's why! Before long Frisco's population will be too high. I still couldn't believe figures that Frisco is only about 1/2 way built-out.

It will be an interesting adventure watching Frisco and McKinney become 300k cities.

I noticed that they didn't mention Highlandpark, Southlake,Preston Hollow, Plano or Coppell. This looks like a list for towns with lots of space and construction for economical housing.

Plano population is likely too high for this list, and Preston Hollow is Dallas.

Highland Park too small. Southlake and Coppell could have arguments made.

I can't imagine how bad traffic is going to be when this happens. You'd have to be a masochist to tolerate it.

A true masochist must not forget morning rush hour behind school buses moving below 20mph school zones at every street with hundreds of smaller schools around town. Add FC Dallas, Cowboys, StoneBriar and other commercial venues, through in 700k+ local cars and you have a nightmare on your hands.
