Title says it all. It kind of looks like a church addition, but I can't tell. Anyways, good to see construction in that area.

So if anyone knows, please post! Thanks!

Hensleya1 is correct; White-Allen bought up all the land from their current spot to 75 so they can expand.

This stands a good chance of derailing the thread [and if it does I'll ask a mod to create a new thread out of it] but I don't think a "treatment center" under the current parameters is working. The current model of rehab followed with AA-style 12 step meetings isn't working. The rehab houses are overloaded, with wait lists that are several months long. And something like 90% of heroin addicts relapse.

If you think the heroin problem is bad in Dayton, take an hour's drive south to Cincinnati, especially on the Kentucky side of the river. It's ground zero for the heroin epidemic.

We had a heroin clinic open up on the next block from us. Initial feeling is always "NIMBY!" and "mah property values!" but also being an intensive care nurse, I feel the more options for addicts, the better. And nearly all the decreipt homes in our hood have been rehabbed, so I'm not worried about this place hurting resale value.
For the subject of relapse itself, check out this article if you want to feel optimistic and defeatist at the same time:
