LOL....didn't know this would cause a confusion! I was thinking baby bibs also, but these are the actual product:

Bibs to Go - Products

12 bibs per package. Each bib has a HUGE surface area of 35" x 15.75". Front side is absorbent paper and the back is treated with a waterproof poly.

Looks like you can use them for adults OR kids. Generally a box with 12 in it costs $3.99. Not a bad price.
