Thank, Bob. She has an aging heart and right now her symptom is tiring very easily. So she's not feeling "bad". The vet said that she'll probably die suddenly one day.
That's what happened to one of my beloved other dobermans -- he was doing great one night, playing with other dogs at the training school, and then, at 5:00 the next morning, he stood up in bed next to me and fell over dead. It was devastating and took me over a year to recover.
Queenie is on a medication that might help her but, so far, I havent seen any improvement.
