I'm not a good enough computer guru to know. I guess if we don't know....we shouldn't download it.

This freebie seems to be real popular all over the net, so I'm sure it is a good one for those who know how to work it properly. Really, I think it is for people who convert PDF files to other kinds of files and need to bypass encrypted codes. This is far beyond my personal computer skills.
