Where is that effective today? in Delaware?
I wish that regulation be enforced in Florida also. I am sick tired of slow drivers on highways due to their cell phone conversations and/or textings.

Well you must be a magnet for cops then because I never see them anywhere and have never even come close to being pulled over (knock on wood), maybe I don't drive enough!

But it's about time about the phones, they say someone on the phone is as bad as someone drinking and driving and I believe it, most of these people couldn't walk & chew gum at the same time!

You can always tell when someone is on the phone while their driving!

Hooray! I rarely talk on the phone and drive anyway so no worries here, but I have been almost hit too many times by people yapping/texting on cells. Thank goodness for defensive driving on my part...sheesh.
