Hey all, I'll be moving to DE soon and I'm looking at Barrett's Run, The Reserve, and Pine Valley in Elkton. I'm a 26 year old woman who would be living alone so safety is extremely important to me. What are your thoughts on these apartments? If you have other suggestions, they are absolutely more than welcome. I'm looking to keep the rent under $1,000.

I live in Pine Valley in Elkton in a 1br apt. It is a nice neighborhood and being able to have a garage is a great amenity! I have only dealt with Katie in the office, but she is extremely helpful and friendly. The area is well lit, and have not had any problems. We have only been in our apt for about 4 months, but we love it! If you want in, you better act on it because I know a lot of people are relocating from NJ due to BRAC. Theres a gym (small, but doable), a pool. We actually never even see our neighbors much, it seems to be mostly working singles and small families that live here. The only thing I don't like about it is that our bedroom is overtop of our neighbor's garage, but I don't think all of the units are like that.
