I would suggest a farmette in Kent County or Sussex County Delaware. Many are set up with out buldings and would serve your needs. Realtor.com is a good place to start for accurate information.

Best bet is to ask locals in Kent or Sussex Counties, which Realtors specialize in farms. The ones I know, and doing the most farm business, actually own their own farms, are familiar with soil contents, crop production, financing, and farmland preservation programs.

We actually have agents who have horses and are quite familiar with the area.

I was just thinking about the old bgaryscott days, when their agents didn't know anything about down state.
