Considering buying a used mobile home on Pine Drive on the water in Matiner's Cove. The home price is low but lot rent is $948/month. Can anyone who lives in Mariner's Cove on Pine tell me how often this street floods. Does the lot rent go up every year?

I would literally go door to door asking in THAT neighborhood. I live across Long Neck Road in PotNets and can tell you it varies street by street. If it is a used Mobile you may want to consider the possibility of being able to resell a now older home after a few years.
