Just ran across this article with the big news, which is no news to the locals. Dover is growing by leaps and bounds! Close to the cities, but still slower moving, and close to the beach, but not IN the beachy-tourist area. It's jumped to #9.

Interesting, surprised it wasn't Sussex county. To bad the article has their facts wrong on taxes.

As usual Money mag has misinformation. Delaware does have a state income tax.

But soon I will be a living in Delaware and the tax environment was the major appeal despite having an income tax it is defiantly more favorable that many, if not all, other states.

I can across a negative article....
