I made an appointment online for my DL. I was literally in and out of there in 15-20 mins. Paid cash. It was $21 if I remember right.

The titling/plates took 2 hours, cost way more, and I used a CC as payment (I don't normally carry $524 around)

I used a credit card here in El Paso County, but I had to pay extra for the convenience.

Good point. I did as well. I think 10-12 bucks of the 524, but after waiting 2 hours, I thought it was worth it to not go through the wait again. Good news is that plates here in CO are annual from date of registration and have nothing to do with your birthdate!

Default Everything done!!!

YAY!!! I did it!! Got my emissions/reg/license done last Friday morning.

I left home about 8:20am and drove to Air Care CO on E Warren Ave which took about 15 min...waited only about 10 mins...test was about 15 mins?

From there I drove to DMV on Peoria St which took about 20 min?...this location has the driver license office in the same building!!

I waited only about 15 min at DMV...about 10+ min for processing since I was organized and had everything I was supposed to have.

At driver license place, I waited about 25 min. I was walking back to my car before 11am!!

Not a bad morning!!
