Hi All,

Does anyone know if Pilates is popular in Denver? And what you would pick as the top studios? (Not talking just mat classes, but also reformer, chairs, etc.)

Thanks!

If you google Denver and Pilates you'll get hits and you can figure out what would be near where you are going to be, but at least from observation, Denver seems to be more of a CrossFit/Orange Theory kind of place.

Thanks for the replies, emm74 and SkyDog77. I know there are several studios. I have done a map quest search. I'm a certified Stott Pilates instructor and am more interested in their popularity/utilization.

Every PT place I've been in the area pushes Pilates with reformer. I'm not familiar enough to know about Stott, but untilization seems very high.

I was doing PT for a lower back issue here: Pilates Classes | Body Intelligence and noticed that they had some pretty popular Pilates classes. Many gyms do as well.

Denver has a very active population compared to most any other big city in the country. This is especially true compared to the midwestern metropolises. Yoga, Pilates, and other things go along with this.
