Mods, I don't know who moved my post but I posted it here because it was specific for the Denver area hence my comment:

Those IRS guidelines apply nationwide; I moved it so you'd have a better chance of getting an answer to a narrow topic that could apply in any state. I cannot imagine that probationary periods are germane to only Denver. I'm the mod who moved it. Contact any/all mods by DM, not in public forums. Thread is closed.
