Livonia-based cupcake company Just Baked and Detroit-based beverage company Faygo Pop teamed up to create "Faygo Cupcakes." Apparently, they've been a huge hit in 15 local grocery stores, which have already sold out of their initial supply. Hopefully, we'll see this hometown product going nation-wide not too long from now. Can't wait to get me some!

Good for her.
I can't wait until they are available for me to try.

I'd love to try those cupcakes. I live in Toronto and wanted to try Faygo pop for ages. Fortunately a convenience store down the street from me started selling Faygo (at 50 cents a can). Right on! My favourite is Red Pop....drinking a can of it now. :P

You missed out. I swear Faygo tasted so much better when they were in glass bottles.

Didn't they have a lemon/lime flavor too, "Frosh" or something?

When I was a kid back in the '70s, one of our simple pleasures each week was going to the grocery store with our mom and picking out a glass bottle of Faygo to drink with lunch. Life was so much simpler then...

Not sure if they did, but I know what they have lemon/grapefruit now - they're calling it 60/40. It sounds weird but it's actually pretty great.

It's too bad they discontinued Morning Mist. That was the one that tasted like ruby red grapefruit juice. That might have made for a nice cupcake.
