Cholesterol is not the same as triglycerides. First of all make sure your labs were drawn while totally fasting. Your other numbers look good.
I don't know the biochemistry fully. But my experience is that high triglycerides may be genetic. They are sometimes connected with insulin resistance and Metabolic Syndrome X. I'd cut down on the sugars and see if that improves anything. If not, keep an eye on it. You might need meds if they go too high.
